Housing funds provided by employers formed in the reform of the housing system, including housing sales income, rental income, maintenance funds, lease deposits and other housing reform funds, shall be stored in special accounts in accordance with regulations.

Mainly used for:

Purchase and construction of employee housing;

Subsidize employees to establish housing accumulation fund;

Pay for the maintenance and management of the office building;

The maintenance fund allocation for employees after purchasing houses, and the update, maintenance and operation expenses of elevators and high-pressure pumps;

Subsidize employees to participate in residential cooperatives or renovation of dangerous houses;

Housing subsidies paid according to regulations;

Other housing expenditure
