4. The stock house sales contract must be the contract text supervised by Hefei Real Estate Management Bureau, which can be obtained at the registration hall of the Real Estate Management Bureau. If the buyer needs a loan, he should sign four contracts instead of three;

5. Real estate license (there are pictures to be copied);

6. Land certificate (non-residential);

7. The police station shall issue a certificate of vacant houses (houses shall be provided);

8. Property fee settlement certificate.
