If you forget the fund transaction password, you need to fax or mail the following information to the fund customer service department:

1. Please click "Download various documents of open-end fund" and download the online transaction password reset application form in "Online transaction related business table";

2. Copy of the investor's account opening certificate (the second-generation ID card needs to be copied on both sides);

3. A copy of the bank card reserved for online transactions. If it is impossible to provide a copy of the reserved bank card, it is necessary to mail the original account cancellation certificate stamped with the official seal of the banking business (including name, ID number and reserved card number).

4. You can also click "Forgot Password" on the login page, and reset the online transaction password by yourself according to the prompts. If the self-service reset is unsuccessful, please consult the fund customer service hotline or contact online customer service.
