1. Open the SPSS software, click "Analyze" and then click "CompareMeans" and then click "Independent-SamplesTTest".
2. In the pop-up dialog box, put the variables that need to be compared into the "TestVariables" box, put the grouped variables into the "GroupingVariable" box, and then click "OK".
3. SPSS will output the mean, standard deviation, t value, p value and other results of the two sets of data. A p value less than 0.05 indicates that the two sets of data are significantly different.
