Extremely poor people and orphans (including de facto unsupported children) will be fully subsidized; urban and rural subsistence allowance recipients will be subsidized in fixed amounts.
Among them, the subsidy standard for the first and second categories of rural subsistence allowances and the full urban subsistence allowance is 250 yuan, and the subsidy standard for the third and fourth categories of rural subsistence allowances and the urban subsistence allowance balance protection is 190 yuan; a quota is implemented for the rural population who return to poverty.
