Hunan Provincial Foundation for the Development of Aging is a public offering foundation approved and registered by Hunan Provincial Civil Affairs Department, with independent legal personality, and the competent business unit is Hunan Provincial Civil Affairs Department.

Purpose of the Foundation: Abide by the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant national laws and regulations, practice socialist core values, abide by social ethics, carry forward the traditional virtues of respecting, loving and helping the elderly of the Chinese nation, rely on and give full play to the strength of all sectors of society to raise funds, assist the government to actively promote the development of social welfare undertakings, medical and health care, culture, sports and education for the elderly in Hunan Province, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly and promote their participation.
