On August 3, 20 18, the Ministry of Civil Affairs published the full text of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social Organizations (Draft for Comment) to solicit opinions from all sectors of society, and the deadline for feedback was 20 1 September18. After the formal implementation of the new regulations, the regulations on the registration of social organizations, the regulations on the management of foundations and the provisional regulations on the registration of private non-enterprise units were abolished at the same time.
