Does the social security fund include enterprise annuity when filing tax returns?
Enterprise annuity, that is, enterprise supplementary endowment insurance, refers to a form of endowment insurance established by enterprises and their employees on the basis of participating in basic endowment insurance according to law and according to national policies and economic conditions of enterprises, aiming at improving the living standards of employees after retirement, and is an important supplement to the national basic endowment insurance. In other words, at present, China's social security system consists of three parts: basic old-age insurance, enterprise annuity and commercial insurance. Social security funds mainly include basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, maternity insurance, unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance. As a supplementary means of enterprise endowment insurance, enterprise annuity is not included in social security fund.
