1. Independent non-executive director

Wang Shi was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in April 1997. He is the chairman of the board of directors of Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd., a domestic listed company, and also serves as an independent non-executive director of Sohu Company, Jianye Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Metersbonwe Bang Wei Clothing Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from China Lanzhou Railway Institute.

2. Yan Yan: Independent non-executive director of China Resources Land Limited

Yan Yan was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in July 26, and also served as the chairman of the remuneration committee of the Company. He also serves as an independent non-executive director of China Oilfield Services Limited, Digital China Holdings Limited, Fosun International Limited and Stone Holdings Limited, all of which are listed companies in Hong Kong.

3. He Xianyi: Independent non-executive director of China Resources Land Limited

He Xianyi was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in September 25. He graduated from the Department of Architecture of the University of Hong Kong in his early years, and worked in some famous architects' buildings in Britain and Hong Kong. In 198, he founded Hong Kong Ho Hsien-yi Architects' Building Real Estate Development Consultant Co., Ltd. He is an authorized person (architect) in Hong Kong, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and a member of royal institute of british architects.

4. Yin Jintao: Independent non-executive director of China Resources Land Limited

Yin Jintao was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in March 29. Mr. Yin is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong with over 3 years of rich experience in auditing, finance, consulting and management. Before retiring at the end of June 28, he was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong and China.
