1. Academician Lun Shiyi

Lun Shiyi, 10 was born in Zhucheng, Shandong Province on October 9, 1928 165438, an expert in fermentation engineering and environmental engineering, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Bioengineering, Jiangnan University.

From 65438 to 0954, Lun Shiyi graduated from Nanjing Institute of Technology, majoring in fermentation engineering, and later taught in Nanjing Institute of Technology and Wuxi Institute of Light Industry. 1962 Wuxi institute of light industry (now Jiangnan university) teaches full-time, and has served as a lecturer, associate professor, professor and doctoral supervisor; 65438-0984, served as the director of the Department of Fermentation Engineering of Wuxi Institute of Light Industry, and presided over the establishment of the first national key discipline of fermentation engineering in China during this period; 1995 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Engineering.

Lun Shiyi is mainly engaged in the research and teaching of fermentation engineering, environmental biotechnology and enzyme engineering.

2. Academician Chen Wei

Chen Wei,1born in May, 1966, is a doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, academician of China Academy of Engineering, president of Jiangnan University, deputy secretary of Party Committee, and director of Functional Food Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education.

At present, he is also the executive director of chinese institute of food science and technology and the chairman of Probiotics Branch, and the vice chairman of Nutrition and Health Food Branch of China Nutrition Society.

He has been engaged in the teaching and scientific research of food biotechnology for a long time, and presided over the completion of the general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan 863, the support plan, the Jiangsu High-tech Research Plan, the Science and Technology Research Plan of the Ministry of Education, and the Outstanding Talents Project in the New Century 10.

3. Academician Chen Jian

Chen Jian, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Bioengineering of Jiangnan University, is an academician of China Academy of Engineering. Long-term engaged in food biotechnology and fermentation engineering research.

Principles and Technology of Fermentation Engineering, edited by the editor, is a national planning textbook and a national excellent course textbook for undergraduate students in the 12th Five-Year Plan, and won the second prize of the first excellent textbook in China. The first finisher won the second prize of 1 national teaching achievement; Lead the teaching team to obtain the first "National Teaching Team of Fermentation Engineering Course" in China.
