What is the difference between the daily and monthly income of the money fund? Is the income of the money fund directly converted into shares?
The income of the money fund is settled daily and generally converted into shares every month. Only when it is fully redeemed can the proceeds be redeemed together. There is no practical significance in the daily knot. Although in theory, daily settlement is equivalent to daily compound interest and monthly settlement is equivalent to monthly compound interest, there is no need to discuss the difference between daily settlement and monthly settlement because the yield difference of money fund is larger than that calculated by two kinds of compound interest (although the yield difference of money fund is not big).
