The departments and units that have established the Youth Science Fund may recommend them to the National Natural Science Foundation of China on the basis of merit, and give a written explanation of the evaluation and departmental opinions. Article 8 "Letter of Recommendation" and "Application for Youth Science Fund" shall be accepted by the relevant science departments of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and reviewed by the subject expert review group. When necessary, a defense or on-site investigation shall be organized to further verify the professional quality and performance of the applicant. Article 9 The Youth Science Fund shall be supported by a fixed amount. The National Natural Science Foundation of China announces the number of funded projects every year before accepting applications. Each subsidy shall not exceed 50,000 yuan. The application funds are limited to the expenses directly related to the research content reported in the application. Applicants should follow the economic principle and make full use of the existing research conditions to prepare the budget. Tenth according to the progress of the research work, the funds funded by the Youth Science Fund will be allocated to the funded unit, and the unit will supervise the use. Special fund is special. The expenditure scope and financial procedures shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for Financial Management of Projects Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation. Eleventh applicants must carry out research work in a timely manner after receiving funding. If the research work is suspended for some reason during the funded period, it must be approved by the relevant science department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. If the research work is not carried out in time or the work is stopped without authorization, all the funds will be refunded, and the part spent will be repaid by the sponsor's unit (in case of irresistible reasons, only the balance will be refunded). If the grantee transfers his work, and the transferred unit can really guarantee the original project to continue the research work, the funds can be transferred to the new unit with the consent of the relevant Ministry of Science. Article 12 The grantee shall report the research progress, the use of funds and the work plan for the next year in writing before February 3 1 every year. Within three months after the end of the work, we should carefully write a summary of the research work, and attach scientific research results, related works and final accounts (each in triplicate), and report to the relevant science department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The research results obtained during the funding period shall be marked, registered, evaluated and managed in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Projects Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation. Thirteenth grantees generally can only get one youth science fund. If you need to continue to support, you can apply for a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation. The National Natural Science Foundation of China will inspect the grantees, reward those who have achieved excellent results, and put forward suggestions to relevant units to continue supporting their research work; Priority is given when applying for projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation. Article 14 The unit and recommender of the grantee shall care for and support the growth of the grantee, strengthen the guidance and inspection of its research work and the use of funds, and carefully and responsibly fill in the evaluation opinions in the annual work report and research work summary. The unit should ensure the basic research conditions of the grantee.
