(3) Transfer (transfer from another place): If an employee transfers to Guangzhou from another place, the receiving unit must first set up a personal housing provident fund account for the employee, and then the employee or the unit manager must go to the central handling network to issue and deposit the housing provident fund account.

After the funds arrive, the center's handling outlets will notify employees or unit handling personnel to go to the center's handling outlets to go through the fund confirmation procedures, and then handle the process with the completed "Housing Provident Fund Transfer Notice" (in duplicate) stamped with the company's official seal.

(4) Notes: (1) When handling the transfer of employee housing provident fund accounts, the transferring unit must first go through the account sealing procedures for the employees, that is, the employees' personal accounts must be in a sealed state.
(2) The "Housing Provident Fund Transfer Notice" should specify the name of the receiving unit, the unit's housing provident fund registration number, the employee's personal housing provident fund account, and be stamped with the official seal of the unit; if the employee's personal account is transferred from a centralized sealing account, the "Housing Provident Fund Transfer Notice"
The provident fund transfer notice does not need to be stamped with the official seal of the unit.
(3) If an employee entrusts another person to handle the transfer procedures, he or she must also provide a power of attorney notarized by a notary office, and the original and copy of the agent's ID card.
