3. financial rent: responsible for keeping the funds of the association, recording the income and expenditure of funds, and recording and keeping the fixed assets such as materials;
4. personnel group: responsible for the integration and application of human resources, the arrangement of activity staff, the recruitment,
selection and management of officials and heads of universities, and the performance appraisal of internal members.

1. Volunteer Group: responsible for the recruitment management and assessment of non-official volunteers of the Association and providing personnel support for the holding of public welfare activities;
2. Activity group: responsible for contacting other public welfare organizations to undertake public welfare activities to increase the momentum of the activities;

1. Planning Group: responsible for the planning of various project activities of the Association, writing plans and supervising the implementation of relevant departments;

1. College group: responsible for contacting relevant organizations or individuals in major universities, and at the same time attracting talents for the association and constantly strengthening the operational strength of the organization;
2. Community Group: responsible for contacting relevant social groups and their main leaders, establishing strategic cooperative relations with them, and accumulating influence for the Association;
3. Commercial and Political Section: responsible for contacting business politicians, raising funds or materials for the Association and related activities, and at the same time finding candidates for the advisory group,

1. Announcement Group: responsible for the publicity work in the early stage of the event, making all-round publicity notices through various channels, and at the same time making publicity materials of the Association, including poster design, text editing, video editing and so on;
2. Promotion Group: responsible for shooting, interviewing and reporting the activities of the Association, including the arrangement, publicity and release of relevant photos and audio-visual materials;

1. Training group: responsible for the training and assessment of the staff of the Association, properly carrying out outdoor development training, collecting, analyzing, investigating and writing research reports on major volunteer activities, summarizing and optimizing the activity plan;
2. Communication group: responsible for connecting internal staff to know and communicate, holding internal activities, strengthening cohesion, providing relevant guidance on entrepreneurship, employment, part-time jobs and
internships, collecting information on various internships and part-time jobs, and providing a platform for internal members to study and exercise;
3. Logistics team: responsible for logistics work such as material procurement, transportation and management of various activities, making preliminary preparations for activities, and arranging venues; (VII) Middle School Department
1. Guidance Group: responsible for the propaganda work for students in middle school, guiding them to actively join the association and constantly enhancing their influence in their hometown;
2. Coordination Group: responsible for the recruitment, management and supervision of middle school members, and carrying out regular activities to form a certain scale and influence in the school;
