The Follow-up Vocational Training Plan for Fund Employees (20 15) is divided into seven parts: laws and regulations and professional ethics, internal control and compliance management, fund investment management, fund operation management, fund sales management, innovative business and other courses. According to the relevant regulations of qualification management and follow-up vocational training of fund practitioners of China Fund Industry Association, fund practitioners should attend no less than 15 hours of follow-up vocational training every year. Training is divided into compulsory content and elective content.
