Hubei Charity Federation is a provincial public welfare social organization established on September 20th with the approval of the provincial government. 1995. Directly led and managed by Hubei Provincial Civil Affairs Department. Its purpose is: to carry forward the humanitarian spirit, carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation to help the poor and needy, help the unfortunate individuals and difficult groups in society, and carry out various forms of social assistance; Its main tasks are: to raise social donations, fund and set up various charitable and social welfare undertakings, carry out extensive international cooperation and exchanges, organize volunteer teams who are enthusiastic about charity, and carry out various forms of social charity activities. Since its establishment, the organization has carried out a series of projects, such as helping doctors and students, supporting people in disaster areas to carry out disaster relief and post-disaster reconstruction, and implementing "charity drinking water projects" and poverty alleviation projects, which have made great contributions to social harmony and progress.

Hubei Red Cross Foundation was established in Wuhan on September 28th, 20 12, and Zheng Jun, full-time vice president of Hubei Red Cross Society, was elected as the first director of the Foundation. The Foundation will adhere to the principle of openness and transparency and actively carry out humanitarian relief activities for the Red Cross. Its purpose is to carry forward the Red Cross spirit of humanity, fraternity and dedication, improve people's survival and development, protect people's lives and health, and promote peace and social progress.
