Recently, Shangyang Software completed a new round of Series D financing worth hundreds of millions of yuan, led by Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment Materials Fund, followed by Qingdao Zhongke Yucheng, Shuimu Wutong Venture Capital, and Suzhou Anxin Tongying.

The purpose of this financing is three-fold: First, continue to invest in the research and development of intelligent manufacturing software CIM/MES for the 12-inch fully automatic wafer factory mass production line; second, the research and development of the 12-inch semiconductor production line subsystem, EES system and other software products

The R&D upgrade aims to enrich the CIM software product line of Shangyang Software, improve the product technology level, and provide customers with more complete intelligent manufacturing software solutions; the third is to introduce high-end industry talents to enhance the overall R&D capabilities of the team.
