1. Resume of legal person. education
2. The manager's resume, education (copy) and work experience (with work experience)
3. Recent financial statements
4. Shareholder education and work experience
5. A copy of the license. Bank account opening permit. Copy of ID card of legal person, shareholder and manager, one-inch bareheaded photo (color).
6. Schematic diagram of company system, risk control degree and managers
7. Articles of Association
8. Audit report (not required if the company has been registered for less than one year)
9. Legal advice (law firm)
10. Persons with SAC qualification certificate or 2-3 years investment experience.
