Henry, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, is the eldest son of the fifth largest duke in Luxembourg. In 2000, he became the sixth Grand Duke of Luxembourg, the youngest reigning king in the European monarchy at that time.

Henri, the Grand Duke of Luxemburg, was born in Dorfburg, Beites on April 6th, 1955. /kloc-at the age of 0/8, he was named the legal heir of the Grand Duke of Luxembourg. Henry studied in Luxembourg, France and Switzerland, and graduated from the University of Geneva with a master's degree in political science.

He has served as a member of the Luxembourg State Council, chairman of the Economic Development Committee, honorary chairman of the Luxembourg branch of the United Nations Children's Fund, and honorary chairman of the Luxembourg Sports Association for the Disabled. 1in March, 998, he was appointed as the representative of the Regent, acting as part of the functions and powers of the Grand Duke.

Henry has a wide range of knowledge, is familiar with English, French and German, loves sports, likes skiing, swimming, sailing and hunting, has considerable research on economy and finance, and has a strong interest in literature and music.
