1. Confirm whether the fund share has been confirmed: If the purchased fund share has not been confirmed, the order can be cancelled and the funds will be returned to the account. If the share has been confirmed, it cannot be refunded directly, and you need to choose to redeem or sell the fund share.

2. Log in to the fund trading platform: Log in to the trading platform for purchasing funds with your mobile phone or computer, such as Ant Wealth and Tian Tian Fund.

3. Find "My Fund" or similar options: on the homepage of the trading platform or personal center, find "My Fund" or similar options and click Enter.

4. Select the fund to be redeemed: on the fund position page, find the fund to be redeemed and click to enter the fund details page.

5. Submit the redemption application: on the fund details page, select the option of "Redemption" or "Sell", enter the redemption share and confirmation password according to the page prompts, and submit the redemption application.

6. Waiting for funds to arrive: After submitting the redemption application, you need to wait for the fund company to process the application and return the funds to the account. Under normal circumstances, funds will arrive in T+ 1 or T+2 working days, depending on the processing speed of fund companies and banks.
