Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The name of this Foundation is Wu Zuoren International Art Foundation, and the English name is Wu Zuoren International Art Foundation, abbreviated as WIFA.

Article 2 The Foundation is a non-public offering foundation.

Article 3 The Foundation is a non-profit and public welfare organization funded by Mr. Wu Zuoren and founded by famous people at home and abroad, aiming at promoting Chinese excellent culture and promoting the development of modern fine arts in China.

Article 4 The original capital of the Foundation is RMB 2 million, which comes from the donations of Mr. Wu Zuoren and his family, as well as donations from individuals and institutions at home and abroad. Article 5 The registration authority of this Foundation is the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the United Front Work Department and the NLD Central Committee.

Article 6 The domicile of the Foundation: Beijing.

Chapter II Scope of Business

(1) Sponsoring or assisting outstanding Chinese artists (including art historians, painters and sculptors) to hold exhibitions, academic exchanges, study tours and further studies at home and abroad;

(two) to sponsor or assist overseas Chinese artists to return to China to engage in activities such as investigation, further study, creation, research, exchange and exhibition;

(three) to reward outstanding artistic creation, historical works and higher art teachers and students who have made outstanding achievements in teaching or learning;

(four) to carry out other activities in line with the purpose of this association.
