How to use the public maintenance fund;
According to the Interim Measures for the Use of Special Maintenance Funds for Commercial Houses, industry committees and properties need to use public maintenance funds, and they must meet the following procedures and conditions before they can use them:
1, with a standardized and reasonable maintenance and reconstruction plan;
2. The use of public maintenance funds requires the consent and confirmation of two-thirds of the owners in the building or community;
3. Carry the maintenance plan and the written consent of the owner for archiving;
4. Open a special bank account;
5. Transfer funds to a special account after approval by the Housing Management Center;
6. After the maintenance is completed, qualified completion acceptance is required;
7, after the completion of the renovation, the corresponding settlement audit. If the community without an industry committee needs to use the community public maintenance fund, the property company or maintenance enterprise shall handle it with reference to the above procedures, and the special funds shall be transferred to the property or maintenance enterprise account.
