(8) to provide other non-governmental education services in line with the purpose of the association.

under the leadership of president Tao Xiping, according to the overall work arrangement, on the one hand, we will speed up the system construction and organizational construction, and successively complete the registration procedures of the association according to law; Determine the office space, personnel and basic office conditions; Establish a number of rules and regulations; Carry out job registration and membership fee collection. According to the law, there are four internal organs, namely, office, career development department, legal affairs department and research department, and two branches, namely, primary and secondary school professional committees and preschool education professional committees. On the other hand, we also focused on organizing and carrying out the research work of the National Medium-and Long-term Private Education Reform and Development Planning, and carried out relevant training, exchange and discussion activities in combination with research and service.

(1) Organize and carry out the research work of "Research on National Medium and Long-term Private Education Reform and Development".

According to the deployment of the Party Group of the Ministry of Education and the formulation of the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan, our Association has set up a research report drafting group with President Tao Xiping as the leader, Executive Vice President Wang Zuoshu as the executive deputy leader, Vice Presidents Ji Mingming and Hu Wei as the deputy leaders, and relevant members of the Association as participants, and identified 6 key research topics and 5 classified research topics, and mobilized local private education associations to carry out research. By the end of March 29, 24 research reports (including 13 provincial and municipal research reports, 6 special research reports and 5 classified education research reports) and 8 special articles have been completed, with a total text volume of 54, words. Interviewed leaders and experts for 45 times (5 people at the provincial and ministerial levels), distributed 1 questionnaires and 1,5 copies, organized 82 seminars and symposiums with 9 participants, conducted 3 field investigations and reported 51 briefings. On this basis, a 4,-word survey report (discussion draft) was formed.

(2) Opening a website and launching "Xiangyun Action"

Applying, designing and opening a portal of the Association; Carry out the "Xiangyun Action". Before the opening of the inaugural meeting of our Association on May 17th, the organizing committee of the meeting launched the "Xiangyun Action" to offer love to the people in the earthquake-stricken areas in Sichuan, and * * * raised 4.8 million yuan. On November 14th, the donation ceremony of "Xiangyun Teacher Award" fund was held in Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province. 3 million yuan was donated to Dujiangyan Education Bureau of Sichuan Province, and "Xiangyun Teacher Award Fund" was established to reward outstanding teachers in this city. In addition, 1.8 million yuan donated by Vice President Wang Yufen of our Association has been transferred to Beichuan Middle School upon request.

(III) Successfully held the first national seminar for school-level leading cadres in private colleges and universities

In December p>28, our association and the National School of Education Administration jointly held the first national seminar for school-level leading cadres in private colleges and universities. This activity was strongly supported by the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Education and the Private Education Management Office of the Ministry of Education, especially the Ministry of Education gave financial support. 1 presidents of national colleges and universities signed up for the seminar, and 78 of them actually registered, and 16 experts were organized to give lectures. President Tao Xiping and Executive Vice President Wang Zuoshu attended the meeting in person and gave opening reports and guidance respectively.

(IV) Organizing academic discussions and exchange activities

1. In September 28, the Association held the "Research Work Meeting of China Private Education Association and the National Medium-and Long-term Seminar on Private Education Reform and Development" in Hangzhou. About 6 people, including the heads of provincial private education associations, representatives of private education institutions, media representatives, and members of the comprehensive group of leaders and research work of the association, attended the meeting.

2. In October 28, the Association, the Education Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Bohua Education Group jointly held the "Western Private Higher Education Development Forum" in Yinchuan to discuss the development of western private higher education.

3. On November 29th, 28, the Association, the Central Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy and the People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) jointly sponsored the "Responsibility and Mission —— Memorial Forum of Private Education in China in the Past 3 Years of Reform and Opening-up". President Tao Xiping, Executive Vice President Wang Zuoshu and Vice President Ji Mingming attended the meeting and made a report. Song Demin, Deputy Director of the Development Planning Department of the Ministry of Education, Wu Dansheng, newspaper director and party secretary of CPPCC, and other private educators from all over the country attended the meeting.

4. On December 2-22, 28, the Association, Asian Education Forum and China Education Television jointly held the "28 China Private Education Development Summit Forum" in Beijing. President Tao Xiping and Executive Vice President Wang Zuoshu attended the meeting and made a report.
