4. Go to the bank with the payment notice for the company's maintenance fund, and the bank will give you two receipts after payment;

5. Bring the house purchase contract with you and confirm the settlement. Go to the local tax bureau to pay the deed tax with the purchase receipt, house purchase invoice, and ID card. Now the local tax bureau can directly swipe the card, and there is no need to go to the bank to pay it; it seems that it is possible to hand it in if the previous materials are incomplete, as long as you can prove your actual house payment figure. , after paying, the local tax bureau will issue two receipts;

6. Go to the developer to get the original purchase contract (with stamp duty) and a duplicate, both of which are stamped and signed;
