The Red Star Project is a social welfare activity initiated by the Fund for the Old Areas and supported by the China Association for Poverty Alleviation and Development, which actively responds to the call of the party and state leaders and aims at caring for the people in the old areas. Inherit the red spirit of the old revolutionary base areas, carry forward the patriotic red culture, improve the living standards of the people in the old revolutionary base areas, realize the sustainable development of production in the old revolutionary base areas, and build a harmonious socialist society. In the specific implementation process, we will promote charitable donations and public welfare undertakings through quantitative standards (based on "10, 100, 1000, 10000"), effectively carry out various charitable activities in combination with the actual situation in the old liberated areas, and prosper the economy, culture, education and tourism in the old liberated areas.

★ Introduction of Red Star Home Project

The Red Star Home Project is an annual application of the Fund Office to the old areas of the country. The Fund selects ten townships from the list to make charitable donations to solve the special problems related to people's lives that need to be solved urgently in these ten townships, and promote the sustainable development of economy and life in the old areas.

★ Red Star Thanksgiving Plan

The Red Star Thanksgiving Plan is to provide support services for hundreds of elderly people in the old revolutionary areas every year through cooperation with civil affairs departments. With a grateful heart, the activity gave us a meager strength for the old revolutionary base areas.

★ Red Star Golden Eagle Project

Red Star Elite plans to provide scholarships, grants, internship guarantee funds and employment care funds for thousands of college students in the old areas through school applications and recommendations, so that more students in the old areas can learn something useful.

★ Red Star Heritage Plan

Through cooperation with government departments and education departments, Red Star Heritage plans to set up websites and libraries for the people in the old revolutionary base areas in China regularly, and donate excellent books, educational software and audio-visual products related to traditional culture, red classics, character writing, starting a business to get rich, rejuvenating the country through science and technology and information technology.

According to the donation intentions and suggestions of social caring people and donors of enterprises and institutions, the old district fund can * * * set up a Red Star special fund with related themes to negotiate charitable donation activities.
