Summary of work since joining the work 1. According to the unified arrangement of the bureau’s party group, the deputy director of the Suxian District Audit Bureau and I participated in the second round of inspections of the Provincial Party Committee from August to November 20_.

During the inspection, I participated in the comprehensive investigation of 3 investment projects, consulted 16 people individually, and found some clues about disciplinary violations: such as the lack of public bidding for the project, false bidding, payment of design fees exceeding the prescribed standards, and the project was not audited.

Issues such as self-determined pricing to pay project fees, material purchase and material substitution (such as replacing copper with stainless steel), and equipment purchase prices higher than those quoted by the supplier when signing contracts.

By reporting 3 clues to the problem and drafting 3 status reports, it played a certain role in the investigation and economic investigation of persons suspected of violating laws and disciplines by relevant departments.

Now, combined with my own experience, I will talk about some of my thoughts and experiences on inspection work.

1. Inspection work must be political. "To carry out inspection work, one must have a firm political stance, be able to obey organizational arrangements, work seriously and responsibly, be able to study diligently, be willing to study hard, and have the courage to overcome difficulties." This is what I have been doing since I participated in the inspection for several months.

I arrived at the inspection location on the morning of August 9. That night, the inspection team leader held a working meeting for all inspection staff. He immediately read out the inspection regulations, emphasized the discipline of inspection work, and put forward clear requirements and hopes for the inspection personnel.

Every inspector made a positive statement and signed a confidentiality commitment.

During the inspection, I actively studied a series of important speeches by leaders at all levels on the inspection work, worked hard to learn the business knowledge of the investment company, and had a detailed understanding of each investment link. These practices allowed me to discover many problems during the inspection.

2. Be fully prepared for inspection work. Every time before I go to inspect the unit, I have to spend a lot of time doing preliminary preparations.

According to the specific situation of the inspected unit, formulate inspection work goals. I carefully read the documents and materials of the inspected unit every time, consult relevant personnel on relevant issues, and take notes and sign the conversation content.

Make copies of important clues and stamp them with the official seal of the unit before taking them back to the inspection team to collect evidence.

3. Inspection work must be good at listening. Inspection personnel mainly understand the achievements and experiences of the inspection targets through a large number of individual conversations.

Affected by many factors, the interviewees tend to talk more about the advantages and less about the shortcomings, more about the achievements and less about the problems. Even if they talk about the problems, they often only scratch the surface. This brings a lot to the inspection staff to understand the real situation of the inspection objects.

Difficulties.

Faced with this situation, the comrades of the inspection team must first establish an amiable, approachable and approachable image, and be good at creating a relaxed and harmonious conversation atmosphere; secondly, they must listen carefully to what the other party is saying, and be good at hearing the implication; and again, return the message.

You must learn to master conversation skills and be good at inspiring and guiding the conversation partners to tell what they want to say.

4. Enlightenment of the inspection work on investment auditing Through this inspection, I feel that the Chenzhou government’s investment tracking audit, settlement audit, and final accounts audit need to be more clear about the focus and direction of the audit.

Follow-up audits must be carried out in a well-positioned manner so as not to overstep or exceed authority. Problems found must be well documented, evidence and materials collected, and reported to leaders in a timely manner.

The settlement audit should reflect the problems discovered in the audit one by one in the audit report, especially for projects that have not been publicly tendered, projects that are constructed first and then tendered, projects where the settlement content of the contract violates the substantive terms of the bidding document, and the unit price of materials is too high

And false invoices, false project quantities, settled project costs exceeding the contract price, etc. All materials and evidence related to the project cost must be prepared in audit drafts for verification.

The final accounts audit should focus on verifying whether the project construction and installation fees are paid according to the amount in the audit report, whether the payment of other expenses is reasonable and compliance verification, whether the "three public funds" exceed the standards, etc.

5. Inspection work requires hard work. During the period of participating in the mobile inspection, the original work arrangement of the inspection team was to take two days off every half month, but was later adjusted to two days off per month due to work reasons.

The working hours are more than 15 hours a day, and I work overtime until two or three o'clock late at night every night. Sometimes I have meetings until after 1 o'clock in the evening, and I have to sort out the revised materials after the meeting when I return to the room.

At 10 o'clock in the evening on September 13, 2017, we were in a meeting. Suddenly, the leader of the inspection team received a call. Fu Kui, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, made a surprise visit to the inspection team in the evening. He was concerned about the life and work conditions of the inspection staff and went to visit the resident.
