(3) Social insurance premium payment rate (payment wage × payment rate):
Basic pension: 18%, the unit is responsible for 10%, and the individual is responsible for 8%.
Basic medical care: 8%, the unit is responsible for 6%, and the individual is responsible for 2%
Hospitalization for serious illness: 2%, the unit is responsible for 2%, and individuals do not pay.
Work-related injury: according to the enterprise industry, it is divided into three grades: 0.2%, 0.6% and 0.8%, which is the responsibility of the unit and the individual does not pay.
Unemployment: 2%, unit responsible 1%, individual responsible 1%. The insured person pays the urban hukou, and the insured person does not pay the rural hukou.
Maternity: 0.7%, paid by the unit, not by the individual.

Enterprise social security registration:
From June 1 2009, enterprises need to register and pay social insurance premiums at the same time as local tax registration. The enterprise shall complete the payment registration for ten working days, and obtain the social insurance registration certificate from the social insurance fund management center with the ID card of the agent and the valid certification materials of the unit. The valid certification materials of the unit refer to any of the following materials: copy of local tax registration certificate, industrial and commercial license, organization code certificate, paper certificate of payment registration, establishment registration certificate or approval document, etc.
Note: After the payer completes the registration, he needs to sign a tax deduction agreement in the bank, and return a copy to the front desk staff of the local tax, who will enter the bank account for him, so as to withhold the social security fee in the future.

Remarks: Local tax service hall includes local tax social security hall and various tax service halls.
(3) Handling instructions
1. Payment units engaged in production and operation shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, and non-production and operation units shall, within 30 days from the date of establishment, handle payment registration with the local tax authorities with relevant documents and materials.
2. The payer shall register the basic information of each individual payer in detail in the local tax service hall after the payment registration and before the first payment declaration.
3. The payer declares the payment from 1 to 15 every month.
4. The withholding and payment of social insurance fees and tax deduction are the same account, and the payer must ensure that the bank deposit is fully withheld before the monthly declaration.
5. After registration, the payer must hold a copy of the tax registration certificate to open a tax deduction (fee) account in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China and China Construction Bank, and sign a tax deduction (fee) agreement with the bank (which can be collected in the local tax service hall or downloaded from the website of the local tax bureau), and then submit one of them to the local tax service hall, otherwise the relevant taxes and fees cannot be deducted through the tax deduction (fee) account.
6. The payer shall go to the social insurance fund management center to get the social insurance registration certificate after 10 working days after handling the payment registration in the tax service hall.

Employees who are insured in the original work unit and employees who have never been insured shall provide the original and photocopy of their ID cards and family planning certification materials, and the person in charge of enterprise social security shall be responsible for filling in the payment declaration form;
Employees who have been insured in their original work units have handled the termination of labor relations and the suspension of social security fees. In the absence of a work unit, there is no need to pay social security fees or pay them back.
