Since Qingquan Temple officially became a Buddhist activity venue, he has been receiving people from Japan, South Korea and Central Asia every year. It has begun to take on the new mission of Xinjiang Buddhism's cultural exchanges with foreign countries.

The annual ritual meetings held in Qingquan Temple include the Goddess of Mercy Prayer on February 19th, the Lantern Festival for Bathing Buddhas on the eighth day of April, the Prayer for Thousand Buddhas on June 19th, and the Reparation Ceremony on July 15th. Every dharma meeting is a sea gathering. Nowadays, Qingquan Temple pays equal attention to the evening drum and the morning bell, the Sanskrit is exalted, the Taoist style is pure and correct, and the study is of great value in the foreign exchange status of Buddhism in Urumqi and even Xinjiang.
