Loudi Preschool Normal College is a new public full-time general normal college based on Loudi Preschool Normal School.

The school was formerly known as Xinhua Normal School, which was founded in 1952. In 1987, it moved to Lengshuijiang City as a whole and was renamed Lengshuijiang Normal School and Loudi Preschool Normal School.

In 2021, with the approval of the Provincial People's Government, it will be newly established as Loudi Preschool Teachers College.
