If there is only one bank card, unbinding is equivalent to canceling the account:
First of all, if there is no fund share in the fund account and there is no in-transit transaction (in-transit transaction refers to any unconfirmed application, the account can be closed. Only after the in-transit transaction is confirmed can you apply for account cancellation. For the redemption application, the application for account cancellation can only be made after 7 working days after the redemption application is confirmed.
