The Notice clearly states that "those who provide labor analgesia technical services during natural delivery will be charged according to spinal anesthesia" and "the expenses will be paid by the medical insurance fund according to regulations".

According to the Notice, "Intraspinal Anesthesia" is classified as a class A item of medical insurance, and the basic charging standard is 45 yuan /2 hours. If it exceeds 2 hours, 14 yuan will be added every hour. For example, a pregnant woman who enjoys medical insurance benefits for employees, whose painless delivery time is less than 2 hours, receives 45 yuan for "spinal anesthesia", 9% for medical insurance fund, and 4.5 yuan for pregnant women.

At present, the painless delivery charge in Wenzhou is a special item at its own expense, and the price is determined by each hospital. Most provincial hospitals in Wenzhou are priced at around 3, yuan, while most municipal and county hospitals are priced below 2, yuan.
