Elevator expenses mainly include maintenance premium, maintenance fee and annual inspection fee. Maintenance premium and general small amount of maintenance fee are paid by the property company, and the owner usually pays the property fee, and usually does not have to pay. The annual inspection fee depends on the contract signed by the property company and the elevator company, which party pays, but even if the property company pays, the owner does not need to pay the property again. That fee is fixed and not high. When the cost of large-scale elevator maintenance is high, it can be paid by using the maintenance fund.
