Does Public Offering of Fund Company go to the Public Security Bureau to investigate cases every year?
Under normal circumstances, the unit will not check the criminal record. A criminal record is a criminal record. Inquiring organs are generally public security organs, state security organs, people's procuratorates and judicial administrative organs that handle cases, or relevant units conduct inquiries according to state regulations. Inquiries about criminal records can be made by the judicial organ handling the case or by the relevant units in accordance with state regulations. The only units that can inquire about criminal records are: public security organs, state security organs, people's procuratorates and judicial administrative organs. Legal basis: Article 100 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Persons who have been subjected to criminal punishment according to law shall truthfully report their criminal punishment to the relevant units when they join the army or are employed, and shall not conceal it. A person who was under the age of 18 at the time of committing the crime and was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years shall be exempted from the reporting obligation stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
