Housing accumulation fund refers to the long-term housing savings paid by state organs, state-owned enterprises, urban collective enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, urban private enterprises and other urban enterprises, institutions, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and their employees. The loan process of housing provident fund is as follows:

1. The borrower needs to submit a written application to the municipal housing provident fund management center, fill in the application form for housing provident fund loan and provide relevant information truthfully;

2. When the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Center is responsible for the examination of the borrower's qualification, guarantor's qualification, loan amount and loan term, and the completion of the contract, the borrower signs relevant contracts or agreements with the center, and handles insurance according to relevant bank regulations;

3. After the loan formalities are completed, the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Center will issue a loan approval notice to the bank, and the bank will go through the loan transfer formalities after receiving the loan notice;

4. When buying a house, the borrower can know the loan amount and monthly repayment amount by going to the bank to calculate according to the payment of his own provident fund. According to the relevant provisions of provident fund management, it is withdrawn once a year.
