Cao Yang, a native of Yilong, Sichuan, is a postdoctoral fellow in law. Researcher, Intellectual Property Research Center, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.

Dr. Cao Yang now presides over a national social science fund and undertakes a large number of vertical and horizontal projects. He has published a large number of papers in newspapers and periodicals such as Intellectual Property, Essays on Civil and Commercial Law and Wen Wei Po. The main author of Intellectual Property Law, a key book planning project in the 11th Five-Year Plan.
