Candidates who have passed the general securities examination can print the qualification certificate and have the qualification. As long as they pass the exam, the test scores of candidates are valid for a long time, and there is no limit on the printing period of the securities qualification examination. After working in a securities company, employees can apply for a business license and do not need to take the qualification examination again.

You can apply for a registered practice certificate after practicing. To apply for engaging in general securities business, the following conditions shall be met.

1, has obtained the qualification of securities business;

2. Employees of securities companies, fund management companies, fund custody institutions and fund sales institutions;

3. Have full capacity for civil conduct;

4. No criminal punishment in the last three years;

5. It has not been recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission as a prohibited person in the securities market, or the prohibited period has expired;

6. Good conduct and good professional ethics;

7. Other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and China Securities Regulatory Commission.
