Among them, if a commercial bank serves as a fund custodian, it needs to be approved by the Securities Regulatory Authority of the State Council in conjunction with the Banking Regulatory Authority of the State Council.

If other financial institutions serve as fund custodians, they shall be subject to approval by the securities regulatory authority of the State Council.
