The reasons why on-site funds cannot be purchased are as follows:

1. Not during trading hours

The trading hours of on-site funds are from 9:30 to 9:30 on the trading day. Outside of 11:30 and 13:00-15:00, investors can only conduct entrusted transactions.

2. Fund suspension

When the on-site fund is suspended, investors cannot perform buying and selling operations, but they can place orders.

Among them, due to foreign exchange quota restrictions, on-site funds’ trading prices fluctuate greatly, high premiums and other situations occur, and trading of on-site funds will be suspended or temporarily suspended for one hour.
