Therefore, if overhaul fund needs to be paid before the house check-in formalities at the latest, and the first residential special maintenance fund has not been deposited, the development and construction unit or the public housing sale unit may not deliver the house to the purchaser.

The time for developers to collect housing maintenance funds is generally one month before handling real estate. After paying the maintenance fund for one month, the buyer should ask the collecting unit for relevant bills. Of course, some developers will make it clear that the maintenance fund is paid together with the down payment, and the interest generated during this period should also be paid to the local housing management department.
