On September 4, 2007, Guangfa Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") issued the Announcement on Fund Share Split and Fund Contract Change of Guangfa Jufeng Stock Securities Investment Fund. Guangfa Jufeng Stock Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund") will split the fund shares on September 1 1, and investors will subscribe according to the net value of the fund shares on the day of the split. For the smooth operation of the fund in the future, from September 4, 2007 to September 25, 2007, if it is expected that the total net asset value of the fund will approach or reach 654.38+03 billion yuan after all valid subscription applications are confirmed on that day, the fund manager will announce it on the company website and designated media on the next working day, and the daily subscription business of the fund will be suspended from now on, and the subscription applications submitted on the announcement date will be deemed invalid. When the subscription is suspended, if all the valid subscription applications submitted one working day before the subscription suspension are confirmed and the net asset value of the fund does not exceed 654.38+03 billion yuan, all the valid subscription applications are confirmed; If the effective subscription application submitted on the working day before the suspension of subscription exceeds 654.38+03 billion yuan after preliminary confirmation, the effective subscription application submitted on the same day will be partially confirmed according to the principle of "proportional confirmation" (the fixed investment business of the fund on that day will not participate in "proportional confirmation").

According to preliminary statistics, as of September 5, 2007, the total net asset value of the fund (including the new subscription amount on September 5) has exceeded 654.38+03 billion yuan. In order to protect the interests of fund share holders and fulfill the commitment to control the fund scale, the Company decided to suspend the subscription and conversion of this fund from September 6, during which the redemption, conversion and transfer of this fund and the fixed-term investment business with a single fund of less than 50,000 yuan (inclusive) will be opened normally.

The sales organizations will no longer accept the application for subscription of the Fund from September 6th, and the Company will announce separately the resumption of the daily subscription business of the Fund according to the operation of the Fund.

The confirmation ratio of valid subscription application one working day before the suspension of subscription will be announced within 2 working days after the suspension of subscription.
