Requirements for commercial loan life:
It is related to the age of the house: generally, the age of the house is within 3 years; Calculation of the longest loan period: loan period+housing age < 5 (there are differences among banks)
Borrower's age is related: generally, it can reach 65 years old, and calculation of the longest loan period: loan period+borrower's age <; 65 years of age
no more than 3 years (the longest loan period for commercial houses is 1 years)
The above three points shall be met at the same time, whichever is shorter.
Requirements for the loan period of provident fund:
Calculated according to the age of the borrower: the longest loan period: municipal provident fund loan: 7- the age of both husband and wife; State-managed provident fund loan: 69- the age of the older couple
Calculated by the age of the house: the longest loan time: brick-concrete (mixed): 47- the age of the house; Steel-concrete: 57- house age
Maximum loan period is 3 years
After the above three aspects are calculated, the lowest one is the final loan period.
