(a) 7000 yuan to 10000 yuan per 667 square meters of first-class protected land;

(two) five thousand yuan to seven thousand yuan per 667 square meters of two protected areas;

(three) three protected areas for every 667 square meters of two thousand yuan to five thousand yuan.

The people's governments at or above the county level may, within the scope specified in the preceding paragraph, formulate specific collection standards in light of local conditions. Two, the following construction projects requisition (occupation) of basic farmland, by the land management departments at all levels according to the provisions of the "measures for the implementation of land management in Shanxi Province" and "Regulations on the protection of basic farmland in Shanxi Province" approval authority, relief of basic farmland construction fund:

(a) the key projects identified by the state and the province shall be exempted from the basic farmland construction fund;

(two) foreign investors, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots and overseas Chinese investment enterprises shall be exempted from the basic farmland construction fund;

(three) the land used for agricultural experimental fields that have not changed the original land use shall be exempted from the basic farmland construction fund;

(4) Reservoir areas, flooded areas, flood diversion and drainage projects, reservoirs, channels, large wells, dams, special water conservancy substations and special high-voltage lines directly serving agricultural production (except for water conservancy projects focusing on power generation and tourism) shall be exempted from the basic farmland construction fund;

(5) The land for high-tech development zones and economic development zones approved by the provincial people's government shall be reduced by 70% of the payable part of the basic farmland construction fund (except for foreign investors, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas Chinese investment enterprises);

(six) the land directly used for public welfare facilities such as culture, education, sports and health shall be reduced by 50% of the payable basic farmland construction fund.

Construction projects applying for relief of basic farmland construction funds shall, after being approved by the examination and approval authorities, be issued a notice of relief of basic farmland construction funds by the land management department.
