The net redemption value of OTC funds on that day is as follows
Off-exchange fund means that there is only one net value per day as the purchase and redemption price, and the funds outside the on-exchange fund belong to the off-exchange fund. The difference between OTC funds and OTC funds mainly lies in the different trading places of funds. OTC funds are mainly traded through the fund company official website and third-party institutions. So when the OTC fund is redeemed, when is the net redemption? Let's get to know each other.

What is the net redemption value of OTC funds?

When an OTC fund applies for redemption, the redemption amount of the fund is calculated according to the net value of the day, mainly depending on the time when the investor applies for redemption. It is necessary to know that the fund subscription and redemption follow the principle of unknown price. If the redemption application is submitted before the trading day 15:00, the redemption amount shall be calculated according to the closing net value of the trading day. Redemption of the Fund after trading day 15:00 shall be calculated according to the net value at the close of the next trading day.

Assuming that the investor submits the fund redemption application at 2 pm on Monday, it will be directly calculated according to the net value of the fund unit at the close of Monday; If the redemption application is submitted after 3 pm on Monday, the redemption amount will be calculated according to the net value of the fund at the close of Tuesday. If the redemption application is submitted after 15:00, the corresponding time will be postponed in case of holidays under normal circumstances. For example, the fund redemption after 3 pm on Friday is generally calculated according to the closing net value of the fund next Monday.

When redeeming the fund, the redemption amount of the fund = the redemption share of the fund * the net value of the fund unit, where the share refers to the number of funds held by investors, and the fund share needs to be confirmed when purchasing or redeeming the fund.
