1. If the applicant refuses to accept the decision of other organs, he has the right to apply for administrative reconsideration to Shangqiu Municipal People's Government or Shangqiu Housing Provident Fund Management Center within 60 days from the date of receiving the decision of other organs, or bring an administrative lawsuit to Shangqiu Municipal People's Court within 6 months.

2.
