The cooperation between enterprises and schools was at the beginning of 2 1 century. With the help of friends from Tangshan and professors from Beijing Normal University, Zhang Junjie, an educational research scholar from Hanzhong, put forward a proposal to the National People's Congress to give priority to popularizing work-study secondary vocational and technical education in the western development. Then, in the forums such as Powerful Country Forum, Hongqiao Forum, Suzhou Education Online Forum, Thousand Towns and All Talents Forum, etc., we extensively discussed and discussed the feasibility of practice with friends at home and abroad. In view of the huge gap between the east and the west, rural and urban areas, agriculture and industry caused by the long-term policy structure, our friends put forward the proposal of cross-regional cooperation. Professor Huang Jiasheng, a friend of Taiwan Province Province and Taichung Normal University, introduced the effective "teaching class" model of civilian education in Taiwan Province Province.
Zhang Junjie learned from 65438 to 0958 the experience of incubating work-study schools by enterprises, and called on the government to create conditions to encourage enterprises to cooperate with vocational schools to establish new work-study schools. Through extensive discussions among friends at home and abroad, the concept of school-enterprise cooperation in the new work-study education is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Therefore, the idea of school-enterprise cooperation should be an effective way to establish a new type of work-study school and realize the goal of "combining work with study and supporting learning through work" between vocational colleges and enterprises under the condition of huge gap between east and west, urban and rural areas and industry and agriculture.
In the1980s, we introduced the "dual system model" from Germany, which was mostly discussed and published by the education department. The "dual system model" has not yet formed a system between schools and enterprises, let alone been widely used and popularized. The author thinks that since we are socialism and Germany can't compare with the advantages of state-owned enterprises, why can't we form a cooperative model of "building teaching classes" between state-owned schools and state-owned enterprises?
If the government takes the lead and encourages schools and enterprises to join hands to implement the "class-building system" or "dual system model" in the field of vocational education, it should be much easier than the cooperation between schools and private enterprises in Taiwan Province Province. The method of "combining work with study and supporting study through work" in "building a teaching class" can generally solve the learning problems of urban poor teenagers and meet the needs of retraining laid-off and unemployed youth.
In the case of a serious decline in rural vocational education, if the system of 1 school year is implemented, urban and rural schools can also connect with enterprises in a long distance, so that "teaching classes" can become "affordable" schools for poor children in rural families. This is our primary basic project to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and it is the urgent need for farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich, and it should be the top priority of our government. Therefore, the author earnestly appeals to the government to promote school-enterprise cooperation between urban and rural areas and create a new "teaching class" to popularize rural vocational and technical education.
In the 1960s and 1970s, initiated by the local government, Taiwan Province Province held many "cooperative classes of construction and education", which educated many urban civilians and poor children, thus mastering vocational skills and getting rid of poor living conditions. There are public schools and many private schools in Taiwan Province Province, but there are no dominant state-owned and public enterprises in Taiwan Province Province. However, at the initiative of the local government, private enterprises can connect with schools and hold "cooperative classes of construction and education".
Relatively speaking, we have a superior socialist system, with state-owned enterprises and public-owned enterprises under ownership by the whole people and collective ownership occupying the dominant position. Of course, these enterprises should be more proactive than the capitalists in Taiwan Province Province in organizing "cooperative classes for construction and education" with various schools, so that laid-off workers in cities and their poor children can get effective vocational training and provide many "affordable" vocational and technical schools for farmers' children. I believe that our people's government can do it, and it can and should do it better than the local government in Taiwan Province Province. Only in this way can we achieve common prosperity with * * * and build a well-off society in an all-round way!
School-enterprise cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation are the names of the same concept in different scenarios, with the same essential meaning and scope of application.
