1. A foreign public offering fund refers to a fund company that is wholly-owned and absolutely controlled by foreign capital. In essence, these companies have no participation of domestic capital.
2. In China, at present, only JPMorgan Chase's Morgan Asset Management Company is the first overseas investor to publicly issue funds, and it has acquired 0/00% equity of Morgan Fund Company/KLOC. Therefore, this is the first fund company in the fund industry that is absolutely controlled by foreign capital to publicly issue.
3. For our investment, the foreign-controlled fund company itself is only a fund company, because its arrival may also be unacceptable. Of course, although the income and profits of mainland fund companies are very different, and more and more resources are concentrated in head fund companies, many foreign financial giants are still eyeing the cake of China and Public Offering of Fund.
With the opening of the financial industry and the liberalization of related funds, in the near future, more and more foreign capital will enter the market to publicly issue funds.
