What is fund profit?
Fund profit refers to the operating results generated by the fund in a certain accounting period, that is, the balance of fund income such as fund interest income, investment income, fair value change income and other income after deducting related fund operating expenses. To analyze the fund profit level of fund holders, we can refer to the current profit, realized income, distributable profit at the end of the period and undistributed profit.

The distribution of fund profits can be carried out through cash dividends or dividend reinvestment, in which cash dividends are distributed to fund investors in the form of cash, and dividend reinvestment is also called dividend reinvestment, which means that when the fund pays dividends in cash, the fund holders directly use the cash obtained from dividends to purchase the fund on the basis of the fund price of the day to increase the original share of the fund.
