The distribution of fund profits can be carried out through cash dividends or dividend reinvestment, in which cash dividends are distributed to fund investors in the form of cash, and dividend reinvestment is also called dividend reinvestment, which means that when the fund pays dividends in cash, the fund holders directly use the cash obtained from dividends to purchase the fund on the basis of the fund price of the day to increase the original share of the fund.
