Users who have already started online banking can start the personal online banking of Postal Savings Bank to find funds and cancel the fixed investment business. Select fund business, select my fund, select the fund to be redeemed, and click Redeem. If you don't want to invest in the future, redeem it first and then cancel the fixed investment.

Bring my valid ID card, fill in the application for fund cancellation at any postal outlet, and hand it over to the counter staff for handling.
