Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The workers' mutual supplementary insurance foundation is a mass mutual insurance organization, which is directly led and sponsored by the trade union with the support and guidance of the enterprise party organization and administration, and employees voluntarily participate.
Article 2 The trade union shall be responsible for the daily work of the foundation, and a special management committee shall be set up for inspection, audit and discussion.
Article 3 The Foundation shall, in addition to enjoying the labor insurance benefits prescribed by the state, give certain economic compensation to employees who encounter special difficulties such as work-related injuries, accidental injuries, disability, death, floods, fires, property losses and major diseases.
Chapter II Members
Article 4 Any employee with internal labor contract system who recognizes these regulations may apply to join the association and become a member after approval. Go through the membership formalities in April every year (it will not be reissued after the deadline), and the insurance period is 1 year. Members who have enjoyed the mutual insurance treatment should go through the change procedures again.
Article 5 Member's rights: enjoy various insurance benefits stipulated in the Regulations; Democratic management and supervision of the use of foundation funds; Make criticisms and suggestions on the work of the foundation.
Article 6 Obligations of members: to publicize the articles of association, aims and purposes of the Foundation among members; Love the enterprise, and strive to complete their own work; Care and support the development of the foundation, consciously abide by the provisions of the articles of association, and pay membership fees on time.
Article 7 During the insurance period, a member terminates or terminates the labor contract, transfers, retires (resigns), etc. , he will no longer enjoy the rights and interests of members, and the membership fee will not be refunded.
Chapter III Sources and Management of Funds
Article 8 Sources of funds.
Transfer funds (recover the family property and life insurance expenses of the insurance company originally reported to the municipal government, and put them into the employee mutual fund);
Trade union grants;
Interest income;
Membership fee (one-time payment);
Revenue from charitable support of units, departments and individuals.
Article 9 In principle, the fund expenditure can only use the interest, value-added part and membership fee income of the fund, and the fund may not be used at any time, but it can only be used after discussion and consent by all members of the management committee.
Article 10 The funds raised by the Foundation shall be separately opened and kept in a bank.
The trade union funds review committee has full authority to supervise the income and use of funds, regularly publish the accounts of funds, accept the supervision of members, and report the use of funds to the workers' congress.
Article 11 The funds raised by the Foundation can only be used for economic compensation when members encounter special difficulties, and no organization or individual may misappropriate them.
Chapter IV Conditions and Standards for Members to Enjoy Insurance
Article 12 Members may enjoy one-time compensation under this insurance under the following circumstances.
In order to promote social integrity, protect the property of the state and enterprises, learn from Lei Feng to do good deeds, and suffer from disability, a one-time compensation of 500~5000 yuan;
If a member dies at work, the association will pay a one-time compensation of 2,000 yuan; Work-related injuries are confirmed according to the company's employees' work-related injury grade standards, and 300~800 yuan will be compensated at one time according to the degree of disability;
If a member is disabled due to accidental injury, insurance compensation shall be made according to 25% of the compensation standard for workers' work-related injuries;
During the insurance period, if a member is found to be hospitalized with a terminal illness, he can get a one-time payment of 500~ 1000 yuan; One-time compensation to 800 yuan for death due to illness;
Members' spouses and minor children can enjoy 30% ~ 50% of the members' insurance compensation standard under the above circumstances of 1~4.
Thirteenth family members (limited to the city) fire, flood, hail and other natural disasters and theft and other man-made disasters, after verification by the local public security department, according to the degree of property losses, give a one-time compensation, the maximum amount is 5000 yuan.
Article 14 Members who are disabled or die due to violation of laws and regulations, fighting, suicide, intentional self-injury and other reasons are not covered by insurance and do not enjoy the benefits of this insurance.
Article 15 The current standard of insurance benefits is tentative, and it will be gradually improved with the increase of funds in the future.
Chapter V Procedures for Examination and Approval of Insurance Funds
Article 16 A member may apply to the Foundation for economic compensation under any of the circumstances specified in Article 12 of these Regulations.
Article 17 An applicant shall fill in an application form for insurance compensation, and attach a hospital diagnosis certificate, a police station certificate, an invoice, etc. , and submitted to the division of labor and mutual insurance working group, and submitted to the foundation management Committee for approval after approval.
Eighteenth CMC received the application, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations", after verification, should put forward the amount of compensation, after being issued by the director.
Chapter VI Management Organization of the Foundation
Article 19 The fund management committee is the management institution of the mutual-aid supplementary insurance fund for employees. There are 7 people in the management committee, 1 director and 2 deputy directors.
Article 20 The main tasks of the CMC are to publicize the purpose and purpose of mutual insurance for employees, develop member management funds, and examine and handle various revenue and expenditure procedures.
Twenty-first members of the CMC must be honest and fair, and shall not abuse their powers for personal gain.
Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Article 22 These Regulations were discussed and passed by the joint meeting of the workers' congress, and shall come into force as of.
Article 23 The right to interpret these provisions belongs to the company's trade union.
