What are the conditions for buying a fund and how to buy it?
At present, China's open-end funds are generally issued by banks. Before the issuance of open-end funds, major media will publish issuance announcements, and investors can purchase them according to the following steps:

Step 1: Fill in the Application Form for Fund Account Business at the sales outlets (banks) designated by the fund management company with my valid ID card and apply for a fund account card;

Step 2: handle the "fund transaction card" (bank card) and deposit enough cash;

Step 3: Fill in the application form for agency fund application/subscription, use the fund transaction card (bank card) to transfer the subscription money and obtain the payment slip;

Step 4: Obtain the purchase confirmation and complete the purchase process.

The valuation of open-end funds adopts the internationally accepted method, that is, the subscription amount must be deducted from the subscription fee before the remaining net subscription amount can be used to purchase fund shares. For example, if you buy a fund with 1 10,000 yuan, and the subscription fee is 1.2%, then 1.000 yuan can be deducted from the fee of 20 yuan, and only 9,880 fund units can be subscribed. Fund redemption is also the redemption amount minus the redemption fee. For example, to redeem 9880 fund units, the redemption rate is 0.5%. Assume that the net value of fund shares on the redemption date is1.1yuan, and the redemption amount is: 9880×1.1-9880× 0.5% = 6580.

First, establish a long-term investment concept. Open-end funds are neither original shares nor new shares, and there is no price difference in the primary and secondary markets. Under normal circumstances, there will be no short-term profiteering. At the same time, investment in open-end funds should bear fund management fees and other operating expenses, as well as subscription fees and redemption fees. The cost of speculation is greater than that of A shares and closed-end funds. Frequent purchase and redemption will inevitably "shrink" the income and even lose money.

In addition, after the fund is issued, it will be closed for three months, during which it cannot be redeemed. Therefore, establishing a long-term investment concept is the first condition for buying open-end funds.

Two, choose a fund company with strong management ability and high investment income. Open-end funds, like listed stocks, are also a risky financial product, whose performance depends on the future trend of the securities market and the operational level of managers, and there is no guaranteed rate of return. Therefore, before subscribing or buying open-end funds, we should have a necessary understanding of the scale, profitability, net worth and portfolio of fund management companies. If the fund is poorly managed and the redemption amount increases, it should be purchased cautiously; When the fund income continues to decline, investors can also consider timely redemption.

Three. Safely keep the fund trading card. Fund trading card is the carrier of fund account and fund trading account, which records the trading funds and quantity of customers. Because fund trading cards are not used as frequently as stock fund cards, they may be forgotten or lost after a long time. Therefore, the fund trading card should be properly kept to ensure that it can be found at any time; At the same time, magnetic objects such as mobile phones, pagers and radios cannot be placed on the fund card to avoid data loss caused by magnetization.

Fourth, keep abreast of the relevant information of open-end funds. After purchasing the fund, investors should know the net value of fund shares and other information in time through the securities news, the websites of fund companies and correspondent banks, and the telephone hotlines of fund companies and banks, so as to determine the reasonable time for redemption or continued subscription and ensure the investment income.

Five, the purchase of funds should vary from person to person. Although open-end funds are suitable for most working-class people to invest, not everyone is suitable to buy them. If it is difficult to determine the expected service life of investors' funds, they should choose bank savings or other short-term investment tools; There is no need for investors to look forward to it if they are dismissive of the fund company's agent financial management methods, or if they have studied stock trading. They should continue to give play to their personal advantages and concentrate on stock trading.
